Bible Stories & Lessons
Each week, our Sunday School classes bring the stories of the Bible to life through creative teaching methods that capture the imagination and speak to the heart. From the great adventures of the Old Testament to the life-changing teachings of Jesus, children discover the richness of God's Word in ways they can understand and apply to their own lives.
Memory Verses & Activities
We believe that hiding God's Word in the heart is one of the greatest gifts we can give a child. Our Sunday School program includes age-appropriate memory verses, interactive crafts, songs, and hands-on activities that reinforce biblical truths and make learning about God an enjoyable experience.
Caring Volunteer Teachers
Our Sunday School is led by a team of dedicated and caring volunteer teachers who love children and are passionate about sharing the Gospel. These committed individuals invest their time and energy into preparing lessons, building relationships, and praying for the spiritual growth of every child in their class.
Youth Club
Our Youth Club is a dynamic program designed specifically for teenagers in the Willow River area. In a world that presents young people with countless challenges and pressures, our Youth Club provides a safe and supportive space where teens can explore their faith, ask tough questions, and grow in their relationship with God and with one another.
Youth Club meetings feature a mix of Bible teaching, small group discussions, games, and social activities that are designed to be both meaningful and fun. Our youth leaders are committed to walking alongside teens as mentors and friends, helping them navigate the journey from adolescence to adulthood with wisdom, integrity, and a strong foundation of faith.
We believe that the teenage years are a critical season of life — a time when young people are forming their values, their identity, and their vision for the future. At Willow River Gospel Chapel, we want every teen to know that they are loved, valued, and created by God for a purpose. Vacation Bible School
Each summer, our Vacation Bible School (VBS) is one of the highlights of the year for children in Willow River. Over several fun-filled days, kids enjoy Bible stories, music, crafts, games, and snacks — all centred around a theme that teaches them about God's love and His plan for their lives. VBS is free and open to all children in the community.
Christmas Programs
The Christmas season is a special time at Willow River Gospel Chapel. Our annual Christmas program features the children and youth of the chapel sharing the Christmas story through songs, skits, and readings. It is a beautiful celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ and a wonderful opportunity for the whole community to come together in the spirit of the season.
Family Fun Events
Throughout the year, we host a variety of family-friendly events designed to bring joy and build community. From Easter egg hunts and fall harvest festivals to family game nights and outdoor adventures, these events are a great way for families to connect, have fun, and create lasting memories together.
